My Seven Christmas Trees!

I’m torn.

Every year, we put up our green Christmas tree and decorate it with family ornaments.

It’s tradition.

My girls argue over who gets to put the angel on top (this year my daughter insisted we switch to a star).

So here’s my traditional Christmas tree – with a touch of quirkiness thrown in for good measure.

Who says feather boas are just for burlesque dancers?

Even a tree needs a little pizazz.

With the traditional tree all decked out, it’s time to mix things up a bit.

They’re quirky.

They’re fun.

  1. I am SO glad to know I’m not the only one with lots of trees… I am at 10 total this year! Our “big” tree in the family room is much like your, with our traditional family ornaments, and the rest are themed but not nearly as fun as yours! Really enjoyed your Christmas tour this year. Xo

  2. Dear Kelly, I loved following your blog and looked forward to seeing them in my mailbox, but there are so many more annoying adds that I when I scroll your page I accidentally click on an add and have to start all over. I thought at first it was my iPhone doing it, but your blog was the only one doing it. I understand you need those advertisers to run your blog. Your page also takes so much longer to load on my laptop then other blogs that I follow.

  3. Love the eclectic trees! But truly….you had me at the boas! The little orange feathers sticking out between the branches are perfect!

    Merry Christmas!

  4. Kelly, I love that you have so many unique trees and found a different way to express your creativity with each one. My favorite is the white, kitchen tree. But, my favorite thing about this post is that it reflects your great style and an air of confidence. I love that about you!

  5. I love all of your *trees,* Kelly! Your traditional one is stunning (love the rocking horse) … your ladder tree and tree stand tree are beyond creative. And, the spiral tree is so much fun! All such awesome conversation pieces … love your creativity!

  6. I loveo your traditional tree, from the sock monkey to the pickle to the pink boa! It’s all fabulous! You know I love your Christmas tree stand tree and all of the others are so much fun and filled with creativity! I’m going to the links to see more! Merry Christmas! Hugs, Leena
