Unusual and unique Wreaths

Two wreaths.

Both using vintage finds.

Old wooden finials from a house so the rain could drip gently down the pointed tip…

and my hubs little shovel that now makes me smile every time I walk through the back door.

  1. Beautiful! I love that you hung the shovel on the door – what a truly wonderful way to display it! And your wreath is just lovely – love the vintage touch the finials give. My front door has a simple greenery wreath that I added some holly to.

  2. Love that sweet little shovel! I’ve been looking everywhere for the baker’s twine. I know people bake here in Holland.:( Maybe when I go home for Christmas to Texas. Thank you so much for sharing!

  3. Oh love them both, but especially that vintage shovel. I always forget to decorate my back door! Hadn’t even thought about it until I saw you with all your clever ideas. Better do something about it now.
