  1. Kelly,
Voted for your room. I love it! also, had to pin your Halloween Skull Banner. I’ve got to get started on printing this one out. My grandson will be thrilled with helping me put it together!!

  2. Love the banner, simple, silly and spooky! Think I am going to make one for work with all our names on it.

I voted for your room yesterday, no brainer, I adore that room! Think it may have been what brought me here in the first place. Anyhow, it was funny to read the comments and all the “heads exploding” over you painting the Broyhill piece. If they bothered to find out the original condition they should have praised you for bringing it back to life. And a gorgeous one at that, I covet that piece exactly as it is!

Please keep doing what you do Kelly, you are always an inspiration!

  3. 10 to 15 (multi-exercise movement)- rest 90 seconds.
Some parts of exercise gear claim to work all of your sinew assemblies, but this is not simply possible.
Boxing exercise in intervals and with high intensity is
the key to lightening fast results.
