A Simple Valentine’s Day
Now that my girls are 16, they no longer want to have their annual girls only Valentine party.
Sob.
I’ll still make them Cupid Floats, slice a couple of pieces of Conversation Heart Cake and have a cheesy movie marathon with them and my hubby.
Here’s to being with the ones you love …
and a big box of chocolate in a heart shaped box.
Hugs and Kisses everyone!

Love, love your Valentine vignette. Five years ago I had my nephew cut thick slices of a cedar tree that had come down in a storm. Everyone mocked me, little did they know I was at the head of a decor trend. I also have a collection of old door knobs from my husband’s grandparents home, some still in the original boxes.
If you don’t mind I will use you vignette as inspiration?
May your heart be open and full of love on this V-day.
You are definitely a trend setter Renee! Love that you were inspired by this – thanks so much!
My boys are gone so it is just my husband and I. We’re celebrating. He’s going to let me beat him at our favorite board game and I am going to let him think he let me beat him, LOL.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Sounds like the perfect day Brenda! What those hubbies don’t know won’t hurt them!
Kelly, XXXOOO to you and your loved ones. Pat S
I hope you guys had a fun Valentine’s Day weekend, enjoying your yummy Cupid floats and cheesy movie marathon!
We did – hope you had a happy V-day too Becca!
