It’s summer and that means hanging out outside so let’s make this summer the summer of gorgeous garden tours!

Who better to start with than Barb of Our Fairfield Home and Garden who I officially dub the Garden Fairy Godmother.

Barb’s neighbor was tossing 32 shutters so she challenged herself to use all of the shutters in the garden and she nailed it starting with a shutter fence, a raised garden bed and more!

  1. I was so delighted to have you share our garden with your readers, Kelly! Stop by anytime and see what’s new. This time of year, I’m always out in the garden piddling around!
    My Best,
    Barb

  2. So beautiful! I , too, love the little fairy door. All of her areas are stunning. It’s so cool she repurposes things other people are throwing away. I’m off to go visit. And thank you for featuring all of these great places!

  3. So wonderful and beautiful this garden is, lots of work to get it that way but so worth it. She has a knack for sure. Is her home in Midwest or East? It’s hard to get things to grow like that in South west. Maybe it’s just our ground but all that wonderful ground cover and flowers would have hard time getting even started where we live, Western CO.
Really enjoyed this wonderful tour as I do all of your tours. Hope you’re enjoying your July 4th. weekend

  4. An absolutely beautiful home and garden. I need to grow a green thumb like you. My love for gardens has always been a project many times overcome by weeds. I need to work harder. Do you use a lot of weedblock in your gardens? Lovele and thank you for sharing.

  5. Wow…what a most fabulous garden!…I love her vintage sink/potting bench…my sister has one of these and I just love them….love all of her vintage a.k.a “Kelly touches” throughout her gardens…especially that wheelbarrow filled with the most wonderful plants….great tour today Kelly!…so loved it!

  6. This garden tour was just too exciting. One clever thing after another. So many ideas to incorporate into one’s own garden. Thanx!!!
